All LAMONS products are manufactured in Europe. The head office and main production plant are located in Lleida, Spain, with over 3,500 m² of operational space.
Our production lines cover formulations in liquid oral solutions, powders and complementary animal feeds, equipped with manufacturing, packaging and finishing technologies that guarantee product quality, hygiene and traceability.
We invest in automation, digitalisation and Industry 4.0 to enhance efficiency, quality and safety at every stage of manufacturing. We also apply the principles of Lean Manufacturing to optimise processes and minimise our environmental impact.
All of this is underpinned by a robust framework of international certifications.
Certifications
(nº 4284ESP) — Good Manufacturing Practice for veterinary medicinal products, awarded by the AEMPS. Since 2000.
(nº FAM‑1351) — International standard for safety in the animal feed chain. It certifies the manufacture of premixes and dietary feed supplements.
Pyme Innovadora
Recognition by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities for companies with a proven and sustained track record in R&D&I. Valid until 2029.
Accreditation for the analysis and control of animal feed products at our own facilities.

Quality control
Our Quality Control Department verifies that each batch complies with technical specifications and regulatory requirements before it is released onto the market.
To this end, it carries out physico-chemical and microbiological tests on raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products and finished products, applying validated analytical methodologies that ensure the reliability, reproducibility and traceability of the results.
The laboratory is accredited in accordance with EU Good Laboratory Practice (EU GLP) for veterinary medicinal products and as an Agri-Food Laboratory for animal nutrition products. This control is integrated into LAMONS’ Quality Management System, guaranteeing the consistency of processes and regulatory compliance, which underpins the trust of our customers and partners in over 25 countries.
